GetafeSUMMARY ASSEMBLY 13/07:- There was no UGT and CGT assembly due to blocking by management.Jul 13, 2026
Getafe · July 13, 2026
- There was no UGT and CGT assembly due to blocking by management.
- CCOO are voting among their members on whether to go on strike. Two shifts have already voted and a member colleague said that in his shift's vote there was a majority for yes to the strike.
- Tomorrow, agreement-monitoring meeting with management, and they will take the chance to plan the strike demands.
- On Thursday 16th at 10, demonstration to Getafe town hall.
- It has been voted yes to a demonstration at the ministry. Not known yet when.
- It has been proposed to create a voting system based on the number starting with Z that appears on the back of the Airbus card. If it goes ahead, you will have to go there one day with the card so they give you a username and you can vote.
- The way to create the strike committee has been proposed. It will be the unions who make it up, but there will be a group of workers acting as observers who convey what happens in the meetings with the company to the rest. In addition, the committee must convey to the assembly, and the assembly must accept, any company proposal before signing any agreement.
GetafeGETAFE Assembly Minutes (WG Communication) — 13/07/2026To the workforce of AIRBUS, from the strike committee working group we convey the information shared in the assembly of 13 JulyJul 13, 2026
Getafe · July 13, 2026
To the workforce of AIRBUS, from the strike committee working group we convey the information shared in the assembly of 13 July
2026. It is established that the first red line we have identified regarding the negotiation is that any agreement between company and committee must be ratified by the general assembly (made up of the assembly of each factory in Spain). The strike will only be called off if the workers' assembly as a whole so decides. The proposal has 4 actors on the workers' side:
1.- Workers' assembly
2.- Strike Committee
3.- Group of workers' observers
4.- This working group WG - Strike Committee. We now describe the composition and functions of each group. Workers' Assembly Made up of each of the local assemblies of each of the factories in Spain. It will decide the strategy of this strike. What we want to achieve in this strike. Our demands and when (in the negotiation process) we consider them met and the strike is called off. It will also decide relevant changes in the course of the negotiation if there are any. Strike Committee Made up exclusively of Union Representatives from all the unions party to the strike. Why only Union Representatives?
GetafeSummary of the Getafe assembly 07/07/2026:- A car lane was closed at the Puerta Norte so that we would have more space.Jul 7, 2026
Getafe · July 7, 2026
- A car lane was closed at the Puerta Norte so that we would have more space.
- SIPA was strongly asked to draft a roadmap with all the demands we are asking of the company, because as of today it has not been done.
- The Illescas colleagues ask Getafe for help so that people join them in backing the strike.
CGT meets today at 16h. It has been demanded that they give a response/communication on whether they join the strike immediately after their meeting.
- Tomorrow there is a CIE. Confirmation is expected on whether the rest of the unions join (except CCOO and ATP, who are not expected).
- It was proposed to hold a strike assembly INSIDE the factory so that those who cannot leave because they are "kidnapped" can attend. The answer was a resounding NO. It's not bad for an assembly to be held inside, but those of us outside WILL STAY OUTSIDE. No going in to work or clocking in.
- Management has not yet sent a single statement on the strike's participation, which the unions say is a good thing.
- The unions clashed again but resolved it quickly (they were waiting for a reply and it had already been sent).
- MRO colleagues have asked to confirm that even if we get telework WE ARE NOT GOING TO STOP. May that message reach the workshop colleagues. In this group's video, the workforce's stance was made clear.
- A colleague wonderfully expressed the discontent we all workers feel at spending our time on ethics & compliance courses, that it takes us forever to classify a document, that no one knows what export control is... etc. For that they do have time, but not for what really matters (His personal opinion).
THE STRIKE GOES ON. Tomorrow assembly at 10am at the Puerta Sur! We continue! THIS DOES NOT STOP!!
If anyone can add more info, it's appreciated, as the audio was terrible and I caught half of it.
Going forward, if anyone wants to make a summary of upcoming assemblies, I encourage you to do so, so that we all have the info.
GetafeSummary of today's assembly:- New red line, without which we forbid ourselves to stop the strike: salary review linked to the CPIJul 3, 2026
Getafe · July 3, 2026
- New red line, without which we forbid ourselves to stop the strike: salary review linked to the CPI
- New objective: CPI + 9% to recover the lost purchasing power
- The workshop colleagues tell us they are very eager to be with us and to wait for them until the 8th (Many are joining before anyway).
- Monday assembly at the south gate at 10 so that our workshop colleagues at the PTR can also join; the press is coming and, of course, THE STRIKE CONTINUES
For the rest, it is advisable to go to the assemblies because it is very inspiring to listen to colleagues and many other topics are discussed.
GetafeSummary of today's assembly:1. There was a lot of presence of office people but workshop people were lacking.Jul 1, 2026
Getafe · July 1, 2026
1. There was a lot of presence of office people but workshop people were lacking.
2. They counted, between the North and South gates, around 3000-3500 people.
3. They want the majority workshop unions to attract the workshop people to join the common fight of all employees.
4. Management seems to want us to be a pure factory, but we are highly qualified people and they should recognise our studies and work.
5. Some unions want to wait until 8 July to see what is discussed in the meeting of 7 July.
6. Yesterday only two media outlets got in touch. Today they have responded to almost all the media.
7. They insisted a lot that the assembly and the strike are not SIPA's, but of all the workers.
8. That it is very telling that we workers have had to organise ourselves on our own. It is historic.
9. It is the first time that Airbus, in a strike, imposes minimum services (which should be for public services, and Airbus is not one) and they are going to ask for explanations.
10. They confirmed that tomorrow we again stop the traffic and the shuttle routes in the industrial estate from 5am and a strike assembly has again been called for 11 at the Puerta Sur.
11. The strikes are not going to stop.

San PabloSAN PABLO ASSEMBLY MINUTES 24/08 MORNING SHIFTCurrent state of the negotiation (WG+Unions)Aug 24, 2026
San Pablo · August 24, 2026
Current state of the negotiation (WG+Unions)
New proposal presented by the company last week. Only some points of this proposal are made concrete:
1. Bradford: withdrawal of the court appeal and repayment of the amounts owed to workers.
2. The company is willing to link the increase to the CPI, although it does not specify under what formula it intends to guarantee this.
3. Telework: it proposes keeping and respecting the agreements in force so far, although this does not mean this right is safeguarded as was being demanded.
The remaining points are still pending negotiation and not yet defined.
It is explained that within the SIMA there are 2 forums:
1. Collective-agreement negotiation (called at the company's request after the July referendum)
2. Strike (called as the usual measure to mediate ahead of a strike)
It is clarified that all unions are present in both forums, so in practice there is a single negotiation and not 2 in parallel. It is also stressed that the company does not conceive of reaching an agreement that does not come with social peace (that is, calling off the strike must be a consequence of a successful negotiation).
As part of the negotiating dynamic, the lack of autonomy of the company's representatives at the meetings when it comes to negotiating is highlighted. There are still constant recesses, which prevents the negotiation from flowing properly.
In response to the mediators' proposal to postpone the strike, the calling unions state that it would not be effective to continue the negotiations without the strike being called, as has already been shown in earlier stages. It is also clarified that there is currently no negotiation calendar. The company has proposed daily meetings starting tomorrow 25/08.
The 11 points of the demands included in the strike ballot are reviewed at the request of some colleagues during the interventions.
WG Logistics (Register)
The problem of the online register carried out in the last days of July is explained, when the registration of some 60-70 people was accepted without physically presenting the badge (only by photo). Some groups have questioned the legitimacy of these new registrations. It is clarified that they represent only a low percentage of the total registered population (60-70 vs 5000).
It is again stressed that the register will only be used within the scope of the assemblies' decisions, and that in no case will the votes cast with this tool be binding. It is a tool that allows a detailed, cumulative count across all centres for votes that, by show of hands, may raise doubts in the count.
Interventions by colleagues
1. Everyone is encouraged to continue the strike to keep the pressure on the company during this new phase of negotiation that now opens.
2. Precision is requested on the points claimed, not leaving them open to ambiguities or later negotiations. This is precisely what the unions have asked of the company in this new proposal, so it can be presented in the assemblies, since most points are left subject to future negotiations.
3. The importance of unity among workers is emphasised.
4. It is requested to unify assembly timetables between centres and improve coordination so that the points voted on happen at the same time and there is no delay in decisions between one centre and another. This already happened with some relevant decisions during July and created some unease in the assemblies.
5. Regarding tool/register voting, it is requested that whatever is voted through the register only open during the assembly window, so as not to prolong decisions over time and to prioritise people being attentive and present in the assemblies themselves.

Tablada📢 SUMMARY OF THE WORKERS' ASSEMBLY – AIRBUS TABLADA📅 16 July 2026Jul 16, 2026
Tablada · July 16, 2026
📅 16 July 2026
✊ Situation of the strike
🔹 The strike continues with very high participation. The Tablada, San Pablo, Getafe, Illescas, Albacete and CBC plants remain completely stopped.
🔹 The Albacete assembly rejected a proposal to negotiate only at its centre, reaffirming that the negotiation must remain united for all of Airbus España.
🔹 The impact of the strike is already being felt in production, with delayed deliveries and several programmes affected, increasing the pressure on the company. Note: the company publicly stated that deliveries were not affected in July.
💶 Negotiation and demands
🔹 The salary proposal based on CPI +10% was extensively debated, defended as a way to recover the purchasing power lost over recent years.
🔹 There were also interventions recalling the importance of maintaining the plants' competitiveness and protecting the future workload.
🔹 The assembly agreed that this conflict goes far beyond pay. The accumulated discontent over the decisions of Human Resources, the difficulties in reconciling work and family life, the limitations on telework, the loss of rights and the treatment received are a fundamental part of the demands.
🤝 State of the negotiation
🔹 The company maintains, for now, its offer of 3.5%, while positions remain far apart on the main points of the conflict.
🔹 Nevertheless, the pressure exerted by the strike is forcing the negotiation meetings to stay open.
🔹 The importance of the coming dates was highlighted, especially because of the impact the situation may have on Airbus's international commitments.
📲 Coordination
✅ The joint Seville communication channel (Tablada and San Pablo) is consolidated to provide verified information and avoid rumours.
✅ Coordination work between plants continues to improve the organisation and the participation of the whole workforce.
🗳️ Assembly agreements
✔️ The assembly approved by a large majority to continue the strike during tomorrow's shift.
📍 Tomorrow Friday
🕤 Ordinary assembly in Tablada at 9:30 h.
🤝 In addition, a group of colleagues will travel to Cádiz to support the mobilisations.
💪 We keep showing that unity, respect and the participation of the whole workforce are our greatest strength.
Tablada📢 SUMMARY OF THE STRIKING WORKERS' ASSEMBLY - AIRBUS TABLADA (15/07/2026)⏰ NEW TIMES FOR TOMORROWJul 15, 2026
Tablada · July 15, 2026
⏰ NEW TIMES FOR TOMORROW
🕕 06:00 h – Peaceful support of the picket at the entrances to maintain visibility.
🕤 09:30 h – New time for the daily assembly (brought forward by majority to avoid the heat and improve coordination).
💼 NEGOTIATIONS AND COMPANY PROPOSAL
❌ Unanimous rejection of Management's offer (2026: RSG 3.3% / 2027: RSG 3.2% + 1% non-consolidable bonus) as it is considered insufficient given the loss of purchasing power.
🚪 Debate on strategy: standing up from the negotiating table is defended as a pressure measure against ridiculous proposals.
🗳️ VOTES AND AGREEMENTS
📜 New strike ballot: It is demanded that the current one be withdrawn and replaced by one agreed on an equal footing that represents all unions.
🗳️ Binding referendum: Any pre-agreement with Management must compulsorily be put to a vote of the entire workforce.
✊ Continuation of the strike: The extension of the strike for tomorrow's shift is approved unanimously, in a united and peaceful manner.
👥 OTHER MATTERS OF INTEREST
🚫 Dismissals:
Intervention by a worker dismissed in 2025. Legal consultations are being carried out to put the reinstatement of the dismissed workers on the Getafe negotiating table.
🤝 Call for unity and respect: There is an appeal to keep the mobilisations peaceful, constructive and in an atmosphere of mutual respect, always prioritising job stability and purchasing power.
💪 THE FIGHT GOES ON, UNITED AND PEACEFUL!

AlbaceteAlbacete assembly summary 14.07🤝 1. Unity of the Workers and UnionsJul 14, 2026
Albacete · July 14, 2026
🤝 1. Unity of the Workers and Unions
CCOO's joining of the strike is confirmed.
It is explained that its accession was decided after an assembly referendum that backed the strike with 94% of the votes.
The importance of removing the union labels is stressed: the fight goes on and it is a fight of all.
We should be proud that there is a national collective agreement that protects us.
💼 2. Meeting with Local Management
A meeting was held with them and 3 union representatives, where it was again made clear to them that this is not a union-led strike, but a workers' one.
Management has tried to apply pressure at local level to reach an agreement, but they were firmly reminded that this is a national-level strike (Management insisted heavily on the local agreement and the representatives repeated that it is not a local strike).
The company has indicated that certain deliveries are being put at risk. In response, Management has indicated that it will tell the middle managers that employees may come to work so as not to stop production. (Source: okdiario)
Clarification on access: It has been stressed that we neither bring people in nor take them out of the factory, we are only informational. The pickets are being completely polite and informational. Comments have been received that there are people "afraid to enter", which raises serious doubts as to whether that is real.
The key message is that we must all act as one, coordinated with the rest of Spain's factories and divisions.
🔍 3. Information on the Collective Agreement and Negotiations
There is bewilderment and disbelief in the workforce at the constant references to a supposed (non-existent) "agreement" that was highlighted in the meeting with the CEO.
This afternoon there is a meeting of the collective-agreement negotiating committee. Considerable tension is perceived and it is not known whether what is offered will be enough. The meeting begins at 12:00, so we will not have official information until tomorrow.
On flexibility for workshop staff (one of the questions raised), it is clarified that it is already covered.
📺 4. Media Presence
Public television (TVE) is present documenting the strike day.
⏰ 5. Next Meeting
See you at the next assembly tomorrow at 9:30.

🏢 Structural change: With the addition of the digital campus, we are now officially constituted as two work centres. What approach will be carried out with the strike? Representation there?
🌍 Global context: The current situation has been analysed and the developments at the rest of the company's centres are being monitored.
⏰ Strategy to follow: We will keep the same line of action as the other centres. It consists of arriving early (5:30/6) and holding an assembly outside around 10:00 AM.
📉 Loss of rights and benefits: The things we have been losing were discussed in detail, among which the following stand out as urgent:
- 💸 CPI: Loss of purchasing power as salaries are not updated to the cost of living.
- 🎓 Scholarships for children: Elimination of study grants for families.
- 📅 Choice of holidays: Restriction on the flexibility to choose rest days.
- 💰 Entry salary: Worsening of the economic conditions for new hires.
- 💷 Quinquenniums (five-year bonuses)
- 👨🏻🏭 Workshop changing rooms
- 🛫 Travel conditions: the worker often fronts the cost of the trip.
- 👷🏻 High percentage of subcontracting
- 👴🏻 Loss of retirement supplement
📢 The real reason: It is essential to make clear to the outside world that this mobilisation is NOT about telework.
👥 Legitimate representation: It is stressed that no union with a specific name represents us; it is the workers ourselves, in a unified way, who lead the way.
